My Newsletter is now Life of Shakti

I am moving my newsletter over to Substack to create a community for those who are looking to connect deeper with divine feminine energy, awaken their soul and live their most aligned, authentic life.

If you are into all things witchy and woo, Life of Shakti is the place for you. I will be sharing several topics like kundalini awakening, akashic records, past lives, spirit guides, soul-led entrepreneurship, manifestation, rituals, channeling and more. But first, let me share a little about me and how I landed here in the world of Substack. 

Let’s start with the basics for those who don’t know me. My name is Amanda Nova, I’m a kundalini facilitator, clinical nutritionist, intuitive channel, soul-led business owner and all around medicine woman. I am also an old millennial entrepreneur and mom to a 10 month old baby girl named Aria. I am a Virgo sun, Libra Rising & Capricorn Moon, a Human Design Generator (this feels relevant somehow lol) and I don’t take myself too seriously (and I still say “lol”). For those that do know me, I would guess that you know me from the world of social media, specifically IG, where I have built a widespread community and following talking about all things mind, body and soul healing. I started my page in 2019 when I was sick with Lyme disease and on a journey to heal myself. I have been sharing health and wellness tips ever since. 

In 2022, I decided to focus on the spiritual side of things after spending so much time immersed in the physical and what happened from there I can only describe as a spiritual awakening. My eyes were opened to a whole new universe that I had never accessed before. One of oracle cards, spirit guides, breathwork, energy work, past lives and akashic records. Things I had heard about in the wellness world but never truly explored. By that point I was feeling super unaligned from my corporate brand marketing career but I wasn’t really making money in my business yet plus I was putting myself through graduate school. However, I knew I was meant for something more but I wasn’t sure what. On a fateful day in April I sat on a bench in a park near my home and raised my hands to the sky. “Okay,” I said “I am ready. Show me.” Four hours later I was let go from my marketing job. I was thrust into the ultimate trust fall and had no other choice but to make it work. And so I did.

When I gave birth to my daughter everything changed again or I should say I shed another layer and I knew I couldn’t go back to operating my business in the masculine (more on this specifically later). The universe stepped in again and brought me kundalini activation, which revealed my gifts and gave me a deeper understanding of the universe and myself. With my kundalini awakened, I began to practice kundalini activation on others, channel light language and access past lives to help people heal their blocks, connect with their higher selves and discover their purpose. What I am sharing here is how I live my life and what I believe. 

While I have shared my journey for many years this is the first time I have a clean slate to share this side of myself and I am so so excited. I haven’t felt comfortable to truly share until now, but I am here to connect with people who get it and hopefully inspire other lightworkers to share their journeys, as well.
